He's on our side!

"I believe in the greatness of Hoboken and I believe in you! I also believe that our city deserves leaders with passion and vision, whose only special interest will be the residents of our great city. Whether you chose to live in Hoboken, one year ago or over one hundred years ago, the future belongs to all of us."

  • Remove parking meters on residential blocks.

  • Explore expansion of current corner parking restrictions with public safety representatives.

  • Return Observer Highway to a four lane road.

  • Study best routes for bicycle lanes based on traffic flow and usage.

  • Establish the Hoboken Homeowners Rebate Program to provide tax relief to all condo and one to four family residential building owners (owner occupied), utilizing tax ratables collected from new development projects. The rebate will be in the form of a credit card that will be redeemable at any Hoboken-based business. It's time that the residents who are dealing with all of the challenging aspects of large scale developments around town start directly benefiting from these projects.

  • Reimagine and build a new STAR Center (Senior, Theater, Arts and Recreation Center) at the current site of the Multi Service Center. The new STAR center will include expanded senior activities and facilities, a community theater, an art gallery featuring local artists, an indoor ice skating rink, basketball courts, and a year-round rooftop pool. It's time Hoboken reaches for the STARs!

  • Utilize the rooftops of the Municipal Parking Garages on First and Second Streets to build the Hoboken Tennis and Racquetball Center.

  • Develop a partnership with the former YMCA to reopen this facility immediately.

  • Hoboken's infrastructure needs immediate attention. Our Community is fortunate to be the home of one of the most prestigious engineering schools in the country, Stevens institute of Technology. It is time we partner with Stevens to develop practical solutions to protect our residents in those sections of town that are in dire need of flood prevention initiatives.

  • Create the Office of Hoboken Business Development:

    • To provide assistance to new businesses in expediting the process of establishing operations

    • To promote the Hoboken business community

    • To create a high-tech incubator district

    • To partner with the Hoboken Chamber of Commerce on business-friendly policies
